Overview:
W.A. Smith Financial Group located in Sheffield Village, OH is seeking a high-level Onboarding Specialist to deliver a white-glove client onboarding experience.
This is not simply paperwork processing. This role owns the most critical stage of client trust: the implementation phase.
You will manage documentation, transfers, timelines, communication, and internal coordination — while providing elite follow-up and follow-through.
Your performance directly impacts client retention, advisor confidence, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding
Deliver proactive, white-glove communication
Collect, review, and process required documentation
Minimize errors and prevent delays
Track account transfers through completion
Maintain disciplined Salesforce documentation
Coordinate with advisors and internal teams
Ensure no tasks fall through the cracks

Schedule:
