Documentation & Compliance: Maintain clear and accurate records of all tasks, reports, and client data entries. Ensure all process documentation is updated in training platform and complies with internal standards and industry regulations.
Technology Onboarding & Usage: Efficiently utilize CRM and firm software (e.g., Salesforce, Wealthscape, Black Diamond, E-Money) in daily tasks, ensuring proper tracking, client information accuracy, and consistency across platforms.
Create a seamless and supportive experience for clients navigating estate and tax software, ensuring all data is properly entered and processed, and outputs are delivered to the advisory team for actionable next steps—while advancing operational efficiency through smart integrations.
