Associate Financial Advisor

Brad is a Financial Advisor at W.A. Smith Financial Group. He specializes in protecting retirement assets while creating guaranteed income for life. He holds a Series 66 license as well as his Ohio Life and Health Insurance license. On a day to day basis, he assists in the management of model portfolios while providing client support.  

Brad has been interviewed on Retirement Matters Radio several times, where he discussed economic trends in the marketplace and how they affect your retirement portfolio, as well as how to protect your assets from a catastrophic illness. He is a contributing source in Bill Smith’s book, Knock-Out Your Retirement Income Worries FOREVER.

His focus is to help secure a retiree’s future through a written investment plan that they can rely on throughout their retirement years. “The best part about helping people in this industry is that I can influence someone’s retirement plans in a positive way. I take great pride in knowing that I can move them away from their current path or problem and move them closer to a plan that allows them to sleep at night, so that they don’t have to worry about their investments. Instead, they can enjoy their retirement and the rest of their lives.”

Brad graduated from Ashland University and joined the team at W.A. Smith Financial in 2009. He resides in Sandusky with his dogs, Brutus and Kali. He is a member of the Sandusky Elks Lodge #285. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and cheering for all Ohio sports teams, especially the Browns and the Buckeyes.

Jarrett is an advisor at W.A. Smith Financial Group as well as the Co-Host of the popular radio show, Retirement Matters. He holds his Ohio Life and Health Insurance License.

Jarrett specializes in producing guaranteed income plans while providing protection from future stock market losses. He oversees all marketing and advertising outflow and is an influential source in the authoring of Bill’s retirement blog, Your Retirement Guru. On the radio show, Jarrett interviews and debates with some of the nation’s top retirement experts and authorities. Each week, he discusses strategies to protect and preserve your hard-earned dollars as well as how to generate a steady paycheck in retirement. “I get to pick the brains of some of the top financial minds in the country every single week. The knowledge I gain from discussing strategies with experts all over the United States gives me the confidence to know that I am doing the right thing for my clients.”

Jarrett graduated from The Ohio State University and joined the team at W.A. Smith Financial Group in 2008. He resides in Sheffield Village with his wife, Jenna. He is a member of the Sandusky Elks Lodge #285. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, going to the movies, bowling and golf, and cheering on the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Indians.
